Pranayam
At ऋतुYog, the breath is central to our teaching. We incorporate a variety of traditional pranayama techniques, including:
- Sectional breathing
- Anulom Vilom
- Bhastrika & Kapalbhati (as per suitability)
- Cooling and balancing breaths
- Rhythmic breathwork for emotional regulation
Regular breath practice improves lung capacity, calms the nervous system, and enhances mental focus, making it one of the most transformative parts of our sessions.
Yoga Classes
